The organization is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to oversee the engineering and continuous improvement functions at a crucial site with significant growth potential. They are looking for a strong people leader balanced with technical expertise.
Job Description
- Lead a dynamic team of engineering personnel overseeing day-to-day operations as well as long-term strategic initiatives.
- Improve equipment reliability and standardize processes.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive excellence.
- Oversee the investigation process and conduct root-cause analyses for production losses or safety events, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Support new equipment acquisition and integration.
- Support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree within an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, or Mechanical preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
