Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to lead U.S. operations across supply chain, inventory, logistics, after-sales, and 3PL partnerships, while building and managing a growing operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize U.S. inventory across warehouse, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, including forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and KPIs.
- Oversee retail merchandising operations, B2B/B2C order management, invoicing, and customer service.
- Monitor wholesale sell-through and stock performance; recommend corrective actions.
- Lead U.S. after-sales (Repair & Care) operations, including workflows, logistics, and external workshops.
- Manage transportation, customs compliance, logistics costs, and event-related shipments.
- Oversee 3PL and warehouse performance, ensuring rigorous stock control and quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8, partnering cross-functionally with U.S. teams and global HQ to build scalable processes.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in luxury operations or supply chain; jewelry, watches, or fashion preferred.
- Proven people leader with experience managing complex, multi-channel operations.
- Strategic yet hands-on, with strong analytical, ERP, and Excel skills.
- Service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments.
- French fluency and experience with CEGID or M3 are a plus.
Compensation: $150–160K
Location: Full-time in-office (NYC), with occasional U.S. travel
