Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager and Creative Coordinator to support multiple projects end-to-end and help lead the production of transformative experiences and their deployments. You will also assist with planning and executing marketing projects that promote XR/AI solutions. Primary focus is project delivery; creative/marketing support is secondary.

Project Management:

Schedule and attend team meetings to support customer deliverables
Lead client-facing video calls with customers and internal teams
Scope, plan, and budget projects
Develop storyboards and other support materials for XR/AI activations
Ideate creative solutions for customers leveraging XR/AI platforms
Attend customer meetings, capture information, and schedule follow-up conversations
Oversee and procure project resources and assemble teams to ensure project success
Ensure SOWs, workback plans, and deliverables are documented, tracked, and communicated
Act as the first point of contact for project issues and escalations
Manage cost, time, scope, and quality for projects
Identify risks, flag issues early, and drive mitigation plans to keep projects on track
Manage change requests and ensure scope changes are documented and approved
Clearly communicate project process and progress
Own status updates, action items, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and clientsCreative Coordinator:
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support customer deliverables
Coordinate website updates and content publishing for Link To VR and its customers
Partnering with internal dev/design resources as needed
Implement social media and email campaigns for Link To VR and its customers
Support strategy and develop pipelines for marketing efforts

Creative Coordinator:

Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to support customer deliverables
Coordinate website updates and content publishing for Link To VR and its customers
Partnering with internal dev/design resources as needed
Implement social media and email campaigns for Link To VR and its customers
Support strategy and develop pipelines for marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic support of company goals to meet and exceed customer expectations
Excellent presentation skills and ability to multitask with short timelines
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven relationship-building skills
Ability to work remotely and/or in-person (hybrid)
Ability to work independently, prioritize efforts, and manage time effectively
Experience with Microsoft 365, Canva, Asana, Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Familiarity with agile-style delivery (workbacks, sprints, standups) and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable translating between creative and technical teams and surfacing risks, blockers, and scope changes early
Positive attitude and team-centric focus when working with customers and fellow employees

Work Location and Travel:

Link To VR is based in East Longmeadow, MA. Remote employees will be expected to attend occasional on-site team meetings at our corporate office. Additional customer-facing meetings may require travel to Boston, throughout the United States, and abroad.
