Location: Phoenix, AZ // Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)

Required Qualifications
Wiring and Cable management Experience required
Power Management, Usage
Serial Numbers, Equipment Locations
Accepting, closing and re-directing service tickets Networking and Data Center
Deploy Cabinets (Cabinet, equipment and power)
Install and troubleshoot copper and fiber optic connections
Provide configuration assistance as requested by Network Engineering Leads Server and other Infrastructure
Deploy Equipment, assist in troubleshooting as requested
Initial configuration of Server and Storage (like iDRAC and management ports) Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Coordinate with Data Center Vendors
