Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Chemist based in Glendale, CA. The Research and Development Chemist will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, developing formulations, and creating new pharmaceutical products. Additionally, the role includes quality control, testing, and refining existing products to meet regulatory standards and company goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be integral to ensuring the successful development of innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Experience and expertise in Research and Development (R&D), with a focus on product innovation
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including the use of equipment and safe lab practices
- Skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document experimental findings accurately
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations is a plus
