We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Operations Manager to fully own and build the logistics function across a growing portfolio of emerging brands. This role sits at the heart of the business and is critical to our next phase of growth.
Our portfolios span importing and distributing alcoholic beverages, healthcare and wellness products, tyres and premium motorcycle cleaning and helmet care products - with more launches on the way. What You’ll Own- End-to-end logistics and operations across multiple brands and categories
- Import & export management (with a strong emphasis on beverage alcohol compliance)
- Inventory tracking and reconciliation across multiple warehouses in different U.S. states
- Oversight of warehouse movements, transfers, and fulfillment
- Day-to-day routing, scheduling, problem-solving, and execution
- Building, managing, and scaling a team of alcohol distribution drivers
- Southern California delivery routing for internal distribution drivers
- Big box / retail delivery routing and solutions as brands scale (Costco, etc.)
- Partnering with sales, marketing, and leadership to support launches and expansions
- Creating systems, SOPs, and scalable processes as volume increases
What We’re Looking For- Direct experience with liquor import & export (Preferred)
- Strong background in logistics, operations, and inventory management
- Experience managing distribution drivers and routing
- Comfortable working with multiple warehouses and third-party partners
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Able to thrive in an ever-changing startup environment
- A true owner’s mindset - proactive, accountable, and resourceful
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed (yes, that can include hopping into a Mercedes Sprinter delivery van on all-hands-on-deck days)
