Position Overview
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They are responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, coordinating teams, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
· Project Planning: Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Resource Allocation: Assigning resources, including personnel and equipment, to project tasks.
- Schedule Management: Creating and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Budget Management: Managing project costs, forecasting expenses, and ensuring adherence to budget.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.
- Team Leadership: Motivating, guiding, and coordinating project teams to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Project Closure: Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed and the project is formally closed.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication records.
- Performance Measurement: Tracking project progress, evaluating project performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Change Management: Handling changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget in a timely and effective manner.
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring that they deliver on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
