We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of ongoing projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, coordinate cross-functional activities, prepare documentation, monitor project timelines, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation as directed.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
- Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them proactively.
- Ensure project files, documentation, and databases are organized and up to date.
- Support overall project workflow to ensure smooth execution and completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
