Purpose:
- Builds network diagrams and supporting process documentation.
- Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral Standards.
- Perform additional assignments, assist the Monarch Technology Team with other requests as needed.

- Base compensation of $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
- Yearly raises up to 5%

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyzes network status and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Consults with internal Monarch teams to specify system requirements and design solutions.
- Partners with team leadership to propose, design, deliver, and evaluate the success of critical projects.
- Develops methods and tools for testing and implementing new LAN/WAN and/or server equipment.
- Configures, manages, and troubleshoots IPSEC VPN Tunnels.
- Configures and maintains firewall rules.
- Administers the Office365 environment.
- Proposes and executes projects designed to improve or add functionality to Monarch’s network, or address ongoing network failure issues.
- Configures Microsoft Teams Rooms and phones.
- Conducts network troubleshooting for Monarch properties to cloud and on-prem servers.
