Role Overview
The team is hiring an Associate Director to join its New York based investment team. The role will primarily focus on digital infrastructure investments across North America, with additional exposure to transport and energy opportunities. This is an opportunity to play a key role in originating, executing, and managing investments within a growing global platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Support origination and evaluation of investment opportunities across digital infrastructure, with selective exposure to transport and energy
• Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of investment committee materials
• Manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Participate in transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support asset management initiatives
• Contribute to market research and thematic development across target sectors
• Mentor and oversee junior team members where appropriate
Candidate Profile
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Prior investment banking experience preferred (approximately 2 to 3 years) followed by buyside investing experience
• Direct infrastructure experience strongly preferred, ideally with exposure to digital infrastructure
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated transaction execution experience
• Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate in a lean, entrepreneurial team environment
Education
• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong academic record
• Relevant advanced degree or professional qualification is a plus
