We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman who takes pride in their craft, leads from the front, and knows how to get the job done right the first time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise commercial roofing service crews on repairs, maintenance, and small projects
- Perform hands-on roofing work including leak repairs, diagnostics, flashing, and system maintenance
- Read and understand work orders, plans, and scopes of work
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Division 7 quality standards
- Communicate clearly with the service manager, customers, and crew members
- Train and mentor crew members—helping them grow their skills
- Complete job documentation, photos, and reports as required
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job sites in a clean and professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial roofing experience required
- Prior foreman or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose leaks and troubleshoot roofing issues
- Leadership mindset—you take ownership of your crew and your jobs
- Safety-focused with working knowledge of OSHA standards
- Reliable, organized, and professional on customer sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
