Lead a 200-person, non-union manufacturing plant in Southern Mississippi focused on heavy fabrication and assembly operations. This role carries full P&L responsibility and drives safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in a project-based, make-to-order environment. You will join a stable, multi-plant manufacturer with more than 60 years of history and strong municipal and government customers.
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have led a 150–300+ employee manufacturing plant with full P&L ownership and consistently delivered on cost, quality, and on-time performance in a non-union setting.
- Bring deep experience in heavy fabrication and complex assembly, such as welding, metal forming, machining, or automotive assembly, and know how to run high-mix, project-based operations.
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, improve first-pass yield, and build a strong safety-first culture.
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and a team-first mindset that aligns with a values-driven culture focused on doing the right thing every time.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and at least 5–7 years in a senior plant or operations leadership role overseeing large teams in heavy fabrication or complex assembly environments.
