Established commercial door distributor is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager for commercial construction projects. The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for sales, interpreting specifications, performing take offs, providing estimates, detailing awarded projects, preparing submittals and placing orders. Knowledge of construction practices and procedures within the respective field is a prerequisite. Must be able to work with team members. Will also be responsible for acquiring and building new accounts, promoting services and forming relationships.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Interpreting/Detailing plans and specs.
- Communicating with clients.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Create bid proposals.
Qualified Candidates must have:
- Construction industry experience.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- High level of commitment, integrity and motivation.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong computer, data entry and phone skills.
- Specific experience in commercial door industry a plus.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
