About the Role
DHI Commercial is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Field Service Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs, on a variety of commercial roofing systems. This role involves up to 75% travel across our service territory which consists of 30+ states.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair flat, metal, low-slope, and shingle commercial roofs.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure jobs meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to deliver high-quality work on time.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in commercial roofing service, foreman, or superintendent roles.
- Strong knowledge of common roofing systems and safety practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable using project software and working in a fast-paced environment.
