Title: Executive Assistant(Full Time)

Salary Range: $78,000 – $110,000 annually
Hours: M-F Business Hours; Onsite Position

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO, managing confidential information, coordinating executive activities, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and professional individual who can work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls
Prepare agendas, presentations, and executive-level reports
Handle correspondence, communications, and confidential documents
Coordinate domestic and international travel and expense reporting
Support board and committee meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes
Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments
Assist with planning company events and special projects
Maintain office supply inventory and manage meeting logistics
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives, staff, and external partners
Anticipate executive needs and provide strategic support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders in a healthcare industry
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
