This executive role is responsible for enterprise-wide operational performance across multi-site manufacturing and supply chain operations. The VP of Operations will lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, scalability, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.

Required Background:
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within automotive or Tier 1–2 environments
- Multi-site operational leadership experience
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, capital projects, ERP/MRP, and S&OP
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- 30% travel required
