About The Opportunity
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of products. This role involves managing a production team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
About You
As a Production Manager, you will:
- Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead and develop a high-performing production team
- Identify and implement improvements to optimize production workflows
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations
- Implement production management tools and methodologies
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed
