Position Summary
Mercedes-Benz of Riverside is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Car Wash Porter to support our Service Department operations. This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing customer vehicles, maintaining lot organization, and assisting the service team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of presentation when representing a luxury brand.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and vacuum customer vehicles after service
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Safely move and park vehicles on the lot and in service areas
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after washing
- Maintain cleanliness of wash area, service drive, and parking lot
- Assist with lot organization and staging vehicles for pickup
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous dealership or car wash experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Range: $16.90 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time schedule, including weekends as needed
- Eligible for company benefits per plan guidelines
