BMC Staffing is hiring Debris Monitors to support disaster recovery operations following recent storm events in Davidson County.
This is a temporary, field-based position with long hours and strong earning potential. No physical labor required. Paid training provided.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor storm debris removal operations
- Observe trucks and equipment loading
- Record load tickets and debris types
- Use handheld devices and paper logs
- Ensure contractors collect eligible storm debris only
- Work outdoors for extended shifts
This is a documentation and oversight role — not heavy labor.
Schedule
- 6-7 days per week (including weekends) available
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Temporary project-based assignment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured vehicle (no mileage reimbursement)
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Smartphone proficiency
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Available for long shifts
This is not a commission-based role.
