Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization focused on IT and business transformation, is seeking an IT Project Manager (Middle-Level) to drive strategic initiatives and deliver multiple projects across the organization.
Position Summary: The IT Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT and business projects while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs. This role emphasizes end-to-end project execution, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and governance adherence. The Project Manager will actively support demand and portfolio planning, resource coordination, and dependency management across parallel projects, including enterprise-wide initiatives such as SAP and business transformation programs.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- 3-8 years of project management or project coordination experience
- Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a proactive approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with project tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps
- SAP project experience (ECC or S/4HANA) is preferred but not mandatory

- Support portfolio planning, demand intake, and project prioritization processes
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects in parallel, tracking scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment across interdependent projects and teams, driving execution through structured follow-ups and reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ideas into structured project demands
- Facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and status reviews to ensure clear communication between technical and business teams
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks
- Prepare project and portfolio reports, dashboards, and KPIs while maintaining RAID logs and governance compliance
