AfterQuery is helping push the frontier of LLMs and AI Agents through novel datasets and experimentation. We work on building the most complex infrastructure that powers frontier data creation for agentic and hard reasoning workflows. We work with all 5 of the leading AI labs and are becoming the go-to partner for data infrastructure for YC companies. We have a sharp hockey stick growth rate and are extremely talent-dense, with most of our founding team coming from top IB and quant firms.
We're looking for an experienced product ops leader to define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
About The Role
- Create organizational structure to help scale AfterQuery
- Develop metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to appropriately scale the organization
- Be responsible for the delivery of high-quality data to the frontier labs
- Work with engineering to iterate on an operational structure that can guarantee high-quality data production
- Determine the salary and bonus of that organizational structure
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience leading operations in human data companies
- Experience leading operations at companies known for solving logistical, marketplace, or real-world coordination challenges
- Ability to reason about trade-offs and balance speed vs reliability
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership, curiosity, and delivering simple solutions to complex problems
