Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL. The Order Fulfillment Manager will oversee and manage the entire online order process, from receipt to delivery, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, maintaining communication with customers regarding their orders, analyzing order metrics for efficiency, and ensuring procedural compliance in order management and processing. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Order Management and Order Processing to ensure seamless and accurate order execution.
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and provide excellent client support.
- Analytical Skills to monitor and optimize order fulfillment processes and resolve issues efficiently.
- Customer Service capabilities to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools or systems for order tracking and management.\
