The Emergency Management Specialist supports preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation activities for emergency and disaster operations. This role assists in planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of emergency management programs in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. The position serves as a part-time, deployable member of an Incident Management Team (IMT) and requires the ability to work effectively in structured incident environments under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions.

Maintain, transport, and set up incident-related equipment, supplies, and documentation (e.g., go-kits, laptops, radios, briefing materials, or training supplies) in support of EOC, IMT, field, or exercise operations.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, Public Safety, or a related field
Ability to work in office, remote, Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and disaster-affected environments.
