A leader in fintech is seeking a highly organized, collaborative Creative & Marketing Services Project Manager to drive the successful execution of integrated marketing and brand initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and operations — partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to bring campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling to life across global markets. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, workflows, resources, and communications across creative, content, design, production, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

- Location: Remote, EST hours
- Rate: $45-50hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workback schedules
- Manage creative briefs intake, scoping, prioritization, and resourcing
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively resolving roadblocks
- Serve as the central point of contact between creative, marketing, product, and external partners/agencies alike
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure alignment between creative output and strategic business objectives
- Maintain project documentation, asset tracking, and version control
- Support budget tracking, production schedules, and vendor coordination when applicable
- Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and stakeholder expectations
- Manage feedback cycles, revisions, and approvals to keep projects moving forward
- Support multi-channel execution across digital, social, paid media, lifecycle, and owned channels
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a creative, brand, or marketing environment
- Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of creative development processes (design, copy, video, digital production)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, legal, and regional stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Wrike, Smartsheet, Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
