This is a hands on role where you’ll be owning delivery across Finance, Operations, HR, and Technology. You’ll be keeping things moving day to day, bringing the right people together, managing dependencies, and making sure nothing slips in a fast paced, enterprise environment.
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering workstreams within complex, global transformation programmes
- Strong, confident stakeholder management and client facing communication
- Comfortable running planning sessions, tracking progress, and escalating risks when needed
- Proven involvement in integration and transition work with operations teams
- Solid experience with planning, budgets, and resourcing
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and exec updates
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non technical teams
Nice to have
- Background in professional services or the legal sector
- Experience working in a consulting environment
- Relevant project or change certifications
