We're looking for a highly organized and driven B2B Client Project Coordinator or Manager to support our client's marketing-focused B2B clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping projects on track, working across teams, and helping clients bring their marketing initiatives to life.

You’ll be the central point of contact for assigned accounts—managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and on-time delivery of marketing-related services.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing clients—tracking project progress and handling communication.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across departments and vendors.
Support order processing, scheduling, client approvals, and change requests.
Manage and maintain accurate client records, project notes, and documentation.
Respond to client inquiries and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
Help align internal teams to meet client goals and marketing deadlines.
Assist with reporting, invoice preparation, and follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the client experience.
Contribute to cross-functional projects in support of marketing campaigns or initiatives.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.

🗂️ 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or operations.

💼 Exposure to marketing, creative projects, or agency workflows is a bonus (but not required).
