We’re looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound logistics operations. In this role, you’ll own the tracking and coordination of open purchase orders, work directly with vendors on shipment readiness and timing, and partner with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery to the correct destination. This role plays a key coordination function across vendors, logistics partners, engineering, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker of open purchase orders, shipment status, and expected delivery dates
- Sync daily with vendors to confirm estimated shipment dates, readiness, and release status
- Verify shipment details including quantities, packaging, incoterms, destinations, and required documentation
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Work with internal teams to ensure shipments are routed to the correct warehouse or receiving location for inventory entry
- Provide engineering and operations teams with visibility into material arrival timing to support planning and build schedules
- Flag delays, discrepancies, or risks early and escalate appropriately
- Ensure shipment data is accurate and aligned across internal systems and trackers
- Support basic reporting on inbound shipments, delays, and material flow
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or operations support
- Experience tracking purchase orders and shipments using spreadsheets or basic systems
- Comfortable communicating with external vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple open items and shifting priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Have
- Experience working with freight forwarders or international shipments
- Familiarity with incoterms, shipping documentation, or customs processes
- Experience supporting hardware, engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams
Compensation: $37 - $50 per hour
