Duties
- Interpret and apply product specifications, technical data, regulations, and other guideline materials to interpret and classify secure credential defects etc.
- Knowledge of how inspect equipment and tools, including bar code equipment.
- Record data from forms, using writing techniques, and briefing the appropriate officials as needed.
- Ability to use a computer and enter data in an electronic database to record/track findings accurately and to use Microsoft and Excel programs.
- Ability to distinguish colors
- Ability to apply basic math to perform measurements

- Working Conditions: Will work normally inside areas that are adequately ventilated, heated, and well lit. Floor and deck surfaces are at times, uneven, oily, slippery.
- Working Conditions: The incumbent will be exposed to moving machinery and sharp edges and may suffer cuts, bruises, and abrasions. Personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses are required.

### Qualifications
- .Applicant must have 1 year of specialized experience at the PG-5 grade level (or equivalent) level or higher. Examples of specialized experience includes: Interpreting and applying product specifications, technical data, regulations, and other guideline materials to interpret and classify secure credential defects; inspecting equipment and tools, including barcode equipment; visually inspecting secure credentials for defects; applying basic math to perform measurements and distinguish colors; entering data in an electronic database to record/track findings accurately; experience working in a production environment and/or quality control environment.
OR 1 full year of graduate level education;
OR Superior academic achievement- GPA 3.0.
OR a combination of education and experience. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify for the PG-7 grade level.
