Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in New York, NY. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing machinery, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, overseeing project timelines, and contributing to research and development initiatives. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure innovative engineering solutions are implemented effectively in alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and Machine Design practices.
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and related software tools for designing mechanical systems.
- Experience in Project Management, with an ability to handle timelines, budgets, and team collaboration effectively.
- Research and Development (R&D) expertise in exploring and testing innovative engineering solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and industry-specific practices is a bonus.
