As a Logistics Coordinator – US Operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting sustainable manufacturing, circular supply chains, and operational excellence across our US facilities. This position sits at the intersection of logistics execution, environmental responsibility, and leadership-driven impact.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess logistics systems and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with teams and address client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management for seamless operations
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software (ERP Systems)
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles required
What You’ll Do
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support production schedules and customer delivery timelines
- Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with carriers, brokers, and logistics partners
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading and carrier records
- Ensure accurate processing through shipping software and ERP systems
Inventory & Materials Support
- Monitor inbound materials and update inventory transactions daily
- Verify receipts and resolve discrepancies related to quantities, damages, or delivery timing
- Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Assist with material staging and coordination between warehouse, yard, and production teams
Collaboration & Leadership Support
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations teams
- Communicate shipment status and logistics updates clearly and consistently
- Escalate risks related to transportation delays or inventory constraints
- Serve as backup to the Supply Chain Specialist during absences or peak workload periods
Continuous Improvement
- Support updates to SOPs and work instructions
- Track logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery and shipment accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and strengthen transportation efficiency
