【Summary】
The warehouse manager is responsible for operations for the business unit by planning and executing the proper receipt, storage, protection and issue or shipment of production materials and finished goods.
【Essential Duties】
・ Recommends and implements term and annual warehouse operation plans, budgets and targets to support business objectives within SEQCD standards.
・Manages the recommendation, implementation and enforcement of methods and procedures to achieve operation goals regarding the timely issue of materials for production; movement and storage of inventory; receipt and shipment of goods and finished product; and the accurate tracking and maintenance of related records.
・ Manages the receipt, inspection, approval and movement of materials into inventory.
・Monitors urgent material status to expedite availability for production.
・Oversees finished goods inventory; ensures products are packaged in accordance with specifications and are shipped to internal/external customers in a timely manner.
・Creates production material, supplies and finished goods storage plans for the efficient utilization of warehouse space.
・Manages periodic cycle count activities and tracks and reports results.
・Analyzes inventory transaction activities to identify and reconcile variances between physical inventory and data.
・Monitors and enforces warehouse operations compliance with Foreign Trade Zone requirements.
・Manages the delivery of finished goods to customer through internal logistic services.
【Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of warehousing experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
・APICS, CPIM, or other supply chain management certifications preferred.
・Strong problem-solving skills to address moderately complex material control, storage, and quality issues where standard methods may be unclear or unavailable.
