What You’ll Do

Lead strategic projects: Manage and drive cross-departmental initiatives aligned with company goals.

Define project parameters: Establish project scope, deliverables, success metrics, and resource needs.

Facilitate kickoff meetings: Launch new projects with clear roles, expectations, and timelines.

Coordinate cross-functional work: Align internal teams to ensure smooth execution and accountability.

Monitor project performance: Track milestones, assess risk, and report progress to senior leadership.

Resolve roadblocks: Identify and address challenges or delays, escalating as needed.

Document outcomes: Maintain centralized records, charters, updates, and close-out evaluations.

Measure impact: Build and report on performance metrics tied to strategic and community goals.

Analyze data: Interpret project and outreach data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
