As an IT Infrastructure & Applications Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of Printemps New York’s IT systems, workplace applications, and digital infrastructure across Retail, F&B, and corporate environments.
You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all IT tools supporting store operations, logistics, and client experience, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Your role requires strong technical expertise, autonomy, and a proactive approach to supporting business needs through technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
IT Systems, ERP & Data
- Administer and manage the ERP system (Jesta), including user management, configuration, reporting, and data analysis.
- Supervise application support and ticketing processes, proactively resolving incidents and anomalies.
- Analyze stock and operational data and support logistics teams with insights and reporting.
- Manage data visualization tools and develop new KPIs and dashboards based on business needs.
Retail, F&B & E-commerce Systems
- Administer Retail POS and e-commerce platforms (Shopify), including hardware, software, users, back-end and front-end customization.
- Manage connected applications (Shipstation, Gorgias, Loop, etc.) and ensure accurate sales data integration.
- Administer F&B POS systems (Toast), including payment terminals and dashboards for reporting and performance analysis.
- Oversee Gift Card systems (GiveX) across Retail and F&B operations.
Network, Infrastructure & Security
- Supervise network and telecom providers (Spectrum, Verizon, Meraki), including contract review and cost optimization.
- Administer and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and performance.
- Manage the network environment centrally through Meraki, ensuring secure access for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure IT systems comply with security standards and best practices to protect company data.
RFID, Hardware & End-User Computing
- Manage RFID solutions (Senitron & Zebra), including vendors, platforms, users, and hardware (printers, scanners, tags).
- Administer end-user devices in collaboration with external IT partners (HOCS).
- Oversee the health of the IT fleet (cybersecurity, technical debt, peripherals).
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Workplace Applications & Microsoft 365
- Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant for Printemps New York, in coordination with Printemps France.
- Manage cloud services, SharePoint, and workplace applications according to business usage.
- Administer Adobe Business licenses and user access.
- Manage Apple Business devices (iPads, Macs) and operate across macOS and Windows environments.
Operational Support & Collaboration
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support for hardware and software issues.
- Work cross-functionally with store teams, logistics, finance, and management to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
- Gather feedback from teams on technology usage and continuously improve tools and processes.
- Ensure minimal downtime and continuity of store and operational activities.
IT Strategy & Governance
- Contribute to defining and executing the IT roadmap.
- Support IT budget planning, cost control, and prioritization.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, IT architecture, performance, and delivery timelines.
Education, Experience, and Skills Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace applications, or retail IT environments.
- Proven experience with ERP, POS systems, e-commerce platforms, networks, and Microsoft 365.
- Prior experience in vendor management and collaboration with external IT partners.
- Strong understanding of IT security, infrastructure, and end-user support.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
This is a 100% on-site role with no remote work, based at our One Wall Street corporate office.
