The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising are looking for a We’re looking for a sharp, culturally fluent, and deeply organized Production Assistant & Office Operations Lead to serve as the connective tissue between leadership, spaces, people, and moments that matter. This is not a traditional administrative role. You’ll be a strategic partner, cultural navigator, and operational engine — someone who can move seamlessly between running a complex executive calendar, producing an offsite, supporting a creative shoot, and representing the office in high-touch, high-visibility environments. You should be equally comfortable managing logistics behind the scenes and being front-of-house with senior leaders, partners, and creative communities across Los Angeles and all REMM offices.

This role sits at the intersection of leadership support, office operations, and cultural connection, ensuring both the day-to-day and the moments that matter run seamlessly. You’ll act as a strategic partner to leadership while helping shape how the office functions, feels, and shows up within the Los Angeles creative and professional community. The work balances precision, people, and presence — from calendar management to live events and cultural experiences.
Produce and support offsites, conferences, shoots, and office experiences from planning through execution
Manage and optimize a complex, multi-time-zone executive calendar and travel, including agendas, briefings and scheduling of shoots
Create and maintain executive-ready presentations and Keynotes for leadership meetings and external engagements
Partner with workplace teams and other admins to support shared spaces, vendors, and office operations
Responsibilities
- Executive & Strategic Support
- Own and optimize a fast-moving executive calendar across multiple time zones
- Anticipate priorities, pressure points, and travel needs before they surface
- Prepare briefings, agendas, and run-of-show documents for meetings, offsites, and leadership sessions
- Create and support high-impact presentations, including executive-ready Keynotes and leadership decks
- Office & Space Operations
- Partner with other admins and workplace teams to support shared office spaces
- Be a point person for office flow, experience, and culture
- Help shape how the physical space reflects the energy and standards of the organization
- Travel & Event Production
- Book and manage complex domestic and international travel to support the Production team
- Support offsites, conferences, and external events from planning through execution
- Jump into production mode for shoots, creative sessions, and live events when needed
- Culture & Community
- Stay deeply connected to the LA cultural landscape (creative, tech, hospitality, community spaces, and experiences)
- Help identify venues, partners, and experiences that feel relevant, fresh, and intentional
- Act as a cultural ambassador for the office and leadership team
- Bring a genuine passion for content, storytelling, and cultural moments that shape how work and experiences are designed
- Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with internal partners, vendors, venues, and external stakeholders
- Serve as a calm, confident presence in high-pressure and high-visibility environments
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting senior leaders, founders, or high-performing creative or operational teams
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy (Slack, calendar systems, travel platforms, project tools, Keynote, Numbers, Pages etc )
- Comfortable working in both polished corporate and creative environments
- Experience with events, offsites, productions, or conferences
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong presentation skills, including experience creating polished, executive-level Keynotes and decks
- Exceptionally curious, fast-thinking, and able to connect dots others miss
- Culturally fluent in Los Angeles — with an understanding of the city’s creative, professional, and social ecosystems
- A natural people person who builds rapport across senior executives, creatives, and vendors
- Calm under pressure, discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally intelligent
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
