Our client, a well-established global nutritional and wellness brand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-volume creative and marketing initiatives in a hybrid work environment. This role serves as a key liaison between marketing, creative, production, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings full lifecycle project management experience, strong stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite presence two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) at the Los Angeles office, with remote work on remaining days.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for small to medium-scale projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, task assignments, resource needs, and critical paths
- Manage multiple creative projects across parallel timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitate weekly project status meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
- Prepare and present project updates, risk assessments, and post-mortem reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Define project scope, gather requirements, document decisions, and manage workflow approvals
- Create and maintain accurate project estimates, revising as scope or priorities shift
- Identify process gaps and proactively recommend workflow improvements
- Balance competing priorities while managing trade-offs related to scope, budget, and timelines
- Lead project teams of approximately 5–10 contributors (no direct reports)
- Support additional initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, communication (business and technical), and interpersonal skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable identifying risks, escalating issues, and driving solutions
- Working knowledge of project management tools, workflows, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Equivalent experience (additional 4 years) may be considered in lieu of a degree
