OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment initiatives by supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative, marketing, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Referral Program Management:
- Track and maintain records of employee referrals
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Ensure timely communication with referring employees and referred candidates
- Candidate Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries
- Provide timely responses to questions regarding the application process, job details, and recruitment timelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently
- Recruitment Marketing:
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote job openings on LinkedIn and other job boards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the performance of job postings and suggest optimizations
- Internal recruiting marketing support.
- Weekly Reporting:
- Compile and distribute weekly recruitment reports
- Identify trends and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers when needed
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses
- Assist with logistics, such as venue selection, scheduling, and material preparation
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency
