Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Orange, CA, for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the receipt, handling and shipment of goods. Duties include verifying and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying contents, preparing and packaging products for shipment, and ensuring shipping compliance both domestic and international. Your responsibilities include coordinating with shipping vendors and carriers, initiating and communicating tracking documentation, overseeing packaging and palletization, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Qualifications
- Experience in domestic and international shipping, receiving, and logistics processes
- Familiarity with shipping systems and tools
- Ability to operate forklifts and other basic warehouse shipping equipment
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in handling goods
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and proper packaging procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong spoken and written English skills; additional languages are highly valued
- Physical capability to lift and move packages of varying weights and sizes
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus
- Five years of experience in a shipping/receiving role
