Role Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for the design, and implementation of Bradesco Private Bank’s data ecosystem. This includes driving the migration from on-premise infrastructure to a modern cloud-based architecture, establishing a DataSecOps framework, quality standards, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities. This role will work with agile teams and ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud-Based Data Architecture
- Design and implement a “Lakehouse” architecture combining data lake for raw data and data warehouse for structured analytics.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery mechanisms for business continuity.
DataSecOps Framework
- Define and enforce access control and identity management based on least-privilege principles.
- Establish continuous monitoring for real-time security and compliance alerts.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Define clear governance rules for data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with LGPD, U.S. privacy laws, and banking regulations.
- Implement metadata management and data catalog tools for discoverability and lineage tracking.
Data Quality & Observability
- Deploy validation frameworks for automated checks on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Create monitoring dashboards to track data health and pipeline performance.
- Define incident management processes for anomaly detection and resolution.
Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement
- Enable self-service BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for business users.
- Build infrastructure for machine learning model training and deployment pipelines.
- Provide a secure data science sandbox for experimentation without impacting production.
Monitoring & Cost Optimization
- Implement FinOps practices for efficient cloud cost management.
- Optimize queries and storage for performance and cost efficiency.
