Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and integrate quality and functional verification checks into manufacturing processes
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly and production-related issues
- Develop, deploy, and continuously improve End-of-Line (EOL) testing processes
- Create, maintain, and update Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs)
- Develop and implement control plans to ensure process stability and product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- 6–8 years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering roles
- Hands-on experience developing PFMEAs, control plans, and APQP documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
