Hiring a Transportation Service Specialist to support outbound freight operations for multiple manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on coordinating carriers, assigning daily shipments, and ensuring on-time, damage-free deliveries.
What you’ll do:
• Assign daily freight to approved carriers
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot delivery and transportation issues
• Support customer-focused, cost-effective shipping solutions
What we’re looking for:
• High School Diploma required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Customer-driven mindset and attention to detail
