Project Manager - $170-210K
Premier Asset Management firm is seeking a Project Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of both short-term and long-term strategic priorities.
The Project Manager will be highly focused on identifying problems and implementing more efficient ways to manage strategy, teams, and talent to drive strong outcomes, including experimenting with new technologies and renovating talent management and assessment processes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Project-managing 1-2 strategic workstreams alongside senior investors and enablement teams
- Shaping and defining long-term vision and strategies, and driving progress toward those goals
- Lead cross-department programs and special projects
- Partner with senior investors on targeted changes to operating model designs
- Designing and implementing new approaches to onboarding, training, and developing high-caliber junior and mid-career talent
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project, program, and/or operational management in financial services firm
- Have a passion for operational excellence
- Proven track record of ability to manage and execute on many concurrent threads across different initiatives and stakeholders
- Able to clearly communicate and collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders
