About the Job
· Build lasting relationships with homeowners through consultations that turn their vision into reality
· Create detailed proposals with pricing, material selections, and design renderings for outdoor living projects
· Guide clients through pool sales and design as well as product options including pavers, outdoor kitchens, and lighting.
· Manage your own schedule of client appointments, follow-ups, and site visits
· Prepare precise measurements, scaled drawings, and project scopes for installation teams
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth projects from proposal to production
· Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM software to track client conversations and progress
· Develop valuable connections with landscape architects, property managers, and local contractors
Qualifications
· 2+ years of customer-facing sales or service experience in residential pool and landscape design, hardscape design, construction sales, or a related field (preferred)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Proficiency with design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Structure Studios, or similar) is a plus
· Ability to read or create scaled drawings and design layouts
· Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
· Experience with project estimation, pricing, or scope development (highly preferred)
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
