*Requirements*
- PISGS Registration - You MUST be registered with the Ohio Department of Public Safety's Private Investigator Security Guard Services (PISGS)
- Firearm-Bearer (FAB) Endorsement
- Complete a 20 hour firearm training course through an Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission approved facility
- Background Check: Pass a FBI Background Check.
- Documentation: Carry your PISGS registration card with the FAB endorsement whenever you are armed.

Your Role: Security Officer
As part of the RiP USA team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining safety and order. You will:
- Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas
- Monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
- Control access and verify authorized personnel
- Respond to incidents and document reports accurately
- Follow all emergency policies and site procedures
- Maintain detailed logs and reports throughout your shift
- Recommend improvements for safety and loss prevention

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Tobacco use is not permitted on any job site
