We have partnered with Global Player in the Sealing Solutions industry. Due to continue innovation and growth we are seeking a Process Engineer for their operations in Greater Houston.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop and optimize manufacturing processes
- Define and implement process variables, measurements, and controls
- Write and revise process standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Train operators and quality technicians on new and existing processes
- Apply Lean manufacturing tools to improve efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with Chief Engineers and Product Engineers on new product development
- Research and implement innovative manufacturing process capabilities
- Manage process stability and continuously improve First-Pass Yield
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field
- Proven experience managing manufacturing processes
- Strong skills in process design and improvement
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and quality control methodologies
