Operations Associate

We are currently seeking candidates for an Operations Associate at a law firm (multi-locations) located in the Seaport District, Boston, MA, 02210.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of operations experience at a law firm, real estate co. or within the asset management/financial services industry.

This is a 6+ month temporary role (with an opportunity for extension and/or become permanent) and will pay between $27.00 and $30.00 (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

On-site 3 days per week.

Starts February 3^rd, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interpret trust documentation and ensure timely and correct client investment activity.
Monitor the trade and settlement flow of client investment activity
Monitor cash disbursements and cash payments
Timely resolution of all outstanding exceptions
Maintain client relationships
Monitor the settlement of trades, wire transfers and ensure timely settlement
Monthly and quarterly client reporting
Frequent interaction with clients and external auditors

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of operations experience at a law firm, real estate co. or within the asset management/financial services industry.

Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills
Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with different people and departments
Must be highly organized and able to manage time extremely well
Must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
