We’re seeking a hands-on operations professional to oversee how materials are sourced, scheduled, stored, and moved throughout our manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly, balancing inventory levels, coordinating internal teams and suppliers, and identifying smarter, more efficient ways to manage costs and flow.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations
- Oversee supplier relationships and contract negotiations
- Align supply chain activities with production schedules
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
- Implement ERP/MRP systems and lean practices
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ERP/MRP/IRP and vendor management experience
- APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean certification preferred
