IT Systems Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Systems Manager to support our three manufacturing plants located in Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin, with a team of approximately 150 employees. This individual contributor role is vital to ensuring the seamless operation of our information technology systems across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and plant management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all IT operations across manufacturing, HR (excluding payroll), ERP, financial, quality, security, and network infrastructure systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technical architecture to support manufacturing and business processes.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all technical systems and infrastructure (Corporate Infrastructure: Server management, Network management, Applications management, User account and permissions, Company external website, Telephone system, Physical plant fire and security systems, Technical equipment procurement).
- Collaborate closely with the Vytron President and the management teams to align IT strategies with operational needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
- Lead initiatives for system upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of hardware, software, and services.
- Facilitate IT security audits and investigations.
- Coordinate multi-site IT systems via ERP.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline required
- Minimum 5 years managing technical corporate infrastructure
- Minimum 2 years of network management experience
- Minimum 2 years of end-user support
- Project management experience a plus
- Prior Extrusion manufacturing experience
- Experience with supporting ERP software, Ubiquiti / Unifi networking software, Windows Server 2019 & 2022, and Virtual Server Management
