We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing healthcare-focused organization. This is a business-side PM role responsible for driving execution, accountability, and results across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple initiatives supporting operational effectiveness, service delivery, and regulatory compliance. While projects may involve software implementations and system integrations, the focus is on project planning, communication, risk management, performance measurement, and reporting. This is not hands-on technical work. This role partners closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership
- Drive cross-functional coordination and hold teams accountable to deliverables
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Define success metrics, track output, and provide clear status reporting
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Support software implementations, integrations, and project launches
- Ensure projects align with regulatory and data security requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors
- Strong planning, communication, risk management, and reporting skills
- Experience working in regulated environments
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
