Position Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager Level 2 with strong WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) and Water Filtration experience to join our growing Civil Infrastructure team. This individual will play a key leadership role from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.
You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for project buyout, logistics, risk management, communication, contracts, and reporting, while also mentoring and developing junior team members.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager Level 2, you’ll:
- Lead civil construction projects from start to finish — including WWTP and water infrastructure work.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and contract administration (including AP/AR and change management).
- Partner with Superintendents and Project Engineers to drive safety, quality, and productivity across the job site.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, permitting, and safety requirements.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, procurement, and documentation using tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and P6.
- Support estimating, takeoff, and bidding efforts.
- Contribute to leadership development within the project team and across the company.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years of infrastructure construction experience, with emphasis on WWTP / Water Filtration projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and project leadership.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to travel between office and job sites (valid driver’s license required).
Technical & Computer Skills
- Software: Word, Excel, Outlook, P6, Bluebeam, Procore
- Technical: Plan & Specification Reading, Construction Technology, Equipment Knowledge
Working Conditions
- Regular exposure to construction environments, including varying weather conditions and job site terrain.
