Job Title: Project Manager
Position Overview
A leading brand agency is seeking an experienced and solutions-oriented
Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across packaging, brand architecture, research/insights, and integrated campaign/media initiatives.
This role partners closely with Client Services, Resource Management, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Delivery
- Lead projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are clearly defined and managed
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and changes in scope, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with client and agency expectations
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day project lead for internal teams, fostering clear communication and alignment across Client Services, Resource, Strategy, Creative, and Production
- Facilitate internal reviews, work sessions, and milestone meetings; prepare agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-ups
- Partner with Resource Management to forecast needs, allocate resources, and balance workloads
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Support Client Services by managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals while maintaining strong client relationships
- Clearly communicate project status, risks, and next steps to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure feedback is consolidated, actionable, and communicated effectively to creative and production teams
Packaging, Brand & Integrated Project Management
- Manage packaging and brand architecture engagements, including design rounds, feedback cycles, production readiness, and client approvals
- Oversee research and insights initiatives by coordinating timelines, stimulus development, fieldwork logistics, and synthesis milestones
- Support integrated campaign and media projects by aligning deliverables across channels and teams
Operational Excellence
- Maintain project management tools, documentation, and reporting systems to ensure visibility and accountability
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and team efficiency
- Contribute to the development of project management best practices and standards across the agency
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in project management, account management, or production within a branding, design, marketing, or agency environment
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of branding, packaging, and/or integrated marketing workflows
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike) and standard office software
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing packaging, brand architecture, or research-driven initiatives
- Comfort working with senior leadership and client-facing teams
- Familiarity with integrated campaign and media project lifecycles
Salary $60,000-$90,000
